We are a remote working company, with an HQ based in Malta. We have an entrepreneurial, ambitious and driven mindset flowing through the company and we will continue to push forward, growing organically within both current and new markets.

As our team of Rocketeers continues to grow, we are searching for a Country Manager to focus on our Brazil assets while also managing a team.

• Leading the Brazilian content team, with a hands on approach (not afraid to write content if necessary)
• Mentoring the team, making sure their work is done in a qualitative way;
• Researching industry-related topics online;
• Running weekly team meetings, monitoring tasks and tracking progress;
• Working closely with the other teams, such as SEO, Product or Outreach
• Align with Content Strategy Partners on content to be published on BR assets.

Requirements

You’ll fit in perfectly if you

• Previous experience in the iGaming industry;
• Strong understanding of the iGaming regulations in the Brazilian market

• Have some strong knowledge in WordPress and other CMSs;
• Have strong knowledge of SEO on-page and SEO content writing best practices;
• Are fluent in English;
• Are native Brazilian;
• Love creating outstanding Content and have excellent writing skills;
• Have experience managing content teams, taking accountability for the delivered results;
• Have been leading people, taking care of their development;
• Have a great work ethic;
• Have excellent organizational skills;
• Are a team player with a positive attitude and great motivation;
