Job Description

The Mill Adventure is a start-up with the ultimate mission of building awesome products that will change the way the iGaming industry operates. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an in office, Malta based, People Administrative Assistant to help with a variety of tasks including office management, team event organisation, travel arrangements and expense reporting. The role requires patience, empathy and genuine care for people, as well as motivation deriving from seeing others thrive.

The selected individual will be a people’s person, someone who can nurture the relationship with external providers and our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of good function of our Malta based office (logistics, acquisitions, coordinating various providers)
  • Travel arrangements for our team members
  • Implementing well-being initiatives, such as company meals, Friday activities, etc.
  • Support with various reports for HR, Finance, senior managers
  • Organize gifts and swag, with delivery across Europe, to our distributed team
  • Come up with ideas to enhance happiness at work
  • Improving benefits packages by negotiating with different companies (parking, gym)


Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate, able to work with Ms Office as a minimum
  • Patient, structured, caring personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, extroverted personality
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to unexpected problems
  • Common sense and creativity
