Project Manager
Rhino Entertainment Group, Malta

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Rhino Entertainment Group. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will drive and collaborate closely with all stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

What your role will look like:

• Understand project requirements, putting a plan in place to effectively manage the project to completion, informing all stakeholders involved of the plan and assigning ownership accordingly
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure that all project goals are met
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are aligned with business goals and requirements.
• Monitor and measure project progress and ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify project challenges and risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with, team members, internal stakeholders, and third parties involved
• Provide regular status updates to all parties involved in the project
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
• Ensure project retrospectives are carried out upon completion of every project, implementing any learning which will future proof other future projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successful project delivery
• Knowledge of effeective project management methodologies
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management software tools such Jira
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field would be considered an asset
