Job Description

We are seeking to expand our expertise with an exciting opportunity for a first-class Head of Acquisition to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work closely with the entire Marketing and Product departments, leading a passionate team of experts and driving our user acquisition function - and our partner brands’ B2C revenues - to astronomical new heights.


What you’ll do:

  • Work with multiple brands, teams and stakeholders across our business to ensure your consistent and effective acquisition strategy is implemented.
  • Accountable for player acquisition strategy and execution across digital channels and partnerships; pertaining to all product verticals, including but not limited to sportsbook, casino, slot games, virtuals and lotto.
  • Lead our acquisition team with rigour, passion and inspiration.
  • Create and execute key acquisition marketing tactics, work with existing and new partners to generate high growth performance.
  • Owe the content and third-party site placement of our brands’ core messaging to new users. Use your experience and flair to deliver exactly what the customer craves.
  • Deliver exciting and innovative marketing campaigns and communications to millions of potential customers.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to constantly identify new opportunities and ensure our marketing investments are ahead of the game.
  • Represent the company in industry, ensuring your finger is firmly on the pulse of the latest trends and advancements.
  • Work closely with the creative team to achieve a vibrant and distinctive visual identity across advertising assets.

Requirements

  • Experienced acquisition leader with vast international B2C marketing experience and a passion for driving commercial revenue growth.
  • Expert in online user acquisition: At least 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing management role for a successful B2C operator in igaming.
  • A black book of readymade contacts when it comes to affiliates and digital media partners.
  • Significant experience of digital marketing within the igaming industry.
  • An eye for detail, and an analytical and data-driven methodology that stands up to a complex modern marketing mix.
  • Commercially astute, with demonstrable negotiation skills and a proven track record of driving value and scale of user acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
