Job Description

The Head of Commercial core responsibilities are to maximize the financial performance of all Logispin resellers' offers of products within an agreed territory or territories. This is achieved through both strategic planning, effective customer account management, and implementation alongside ongoing tactical executions. This position is responsible for increasing and managing the revenue from a portfolio of key account customers on a day-to-day basis and supporting the overall business plans and this position will also be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities and delivering new commercial contracts in the designated territories. The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Customer Strategy amp; PR within Customer Organisations
  • Initial contact point for all commercial matters with relevant customer stakeholders
  • Main contact point for internal stakeholders ensuring Exec members are up to date regarding latest communication with the Customer
  • Retention of Existing Customers amp; Upselling new Products and Channels
  • Full understanding and effective management of customer contracts and obligations of both parties
  • Upselling to existing clients new and additional Products
  • New sales of products in the territory to new customers
  • Achievement of Revenue Budget
  • Regular and timely reviews of performance with actions implemented to improve revenues
  • Ensure effective, accurate, and timely billing
  • Reforecasting and target setting
  • Challenging and finalising customer requests, ensuring requests are rejected and re-scoped as appropriate via working with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility to evaluate current propositions and identifying new feature development opportunities for the Core product
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the product range, especially the aspects that generate incremental customer revenues or queries
  • Review of competitor products and offerings including regular review and identification of opportunities and threats
  • Knowledge of the Regulatory position and associated Compliance rules
  • Understanding and influence within territory via key influential publications and trade shows


Desired Skills and Experience

    • Proven key account management experience operating on a strategic day-to-day operational basis and demonstrating strong leadership skills
    • Experience of working within the Retail/Digital space of the sports betting industry with a strong reputation generated from a track record of delivery
    • Knowledge of the gaming machine supplier market is of advantage
    • Proven experience working in a sales / commercial role with a strong ability to work at a day-to-day level through to operating at a strategic level
    • Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
    • Computer literacy ideally proficient using Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
    • Analytical skills including strong proficiency in Excel
