As our business continues to grow, we are now looking for a Chief Commercial Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategies of the company.

The CCO of our technology centered organisation will act as a both a strategist and an executor of commercial and business development plans and vision. The candidate selected should expect to deliver on ambitious revenue, retention, and NPS goals and spearhead growth into new geos and markets.

Purposes of the role: Business Development, Sales, Pricing Model Designs, Commercial Optimisation, Competitor Analysis and Growth Opportunities Identification.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the Commercial and Business Development strategy
  • Share of responsibility in preparation of sales plans, marketing, profit and loss estimations and budgets, using market demand, corporate goals and historical figures
  • Drive profitable sales year on year, increase the partner base and overall profitability
  • Implement and maintain sales processes designed to achieve specific sales objectives
  • Lead, Support and Develop the Commercial Department
  • Use personal network to bring new opportunities into the business
  • Serving as a strategic thinker who possesses strong business judgment and the ability to identify and evaluate risk and opportunity at the commercial, business development, and regulatory levels
  • Project, Execute and Own revenue and sales delivery targets
  • Own the budgets for Commercial Department
  • Perform Competitor analysis, Gap analysis and identify high-growth opportunities
  • Participate to the product road-map with innovation ideas and direction
  • Participate in company cultural evolution as part of the Senior Leadership team

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of the iGaming technology products how they are used by clients and customers
  • Operated at CCO level in an iGaming business, with a minimum of 5 years solid commercial experience at a senior level
  • Previous experience negotiating and securing deals with Tier 1 operators would be considered an asset
  • Exposure to the North American markets would be a plus
  • Experience with sales and commercial process design and optimisation
  • A proven track record of growing sales, margin and market share at a senior level
  • Extensive experience of developing and enhancing pricing strategies
  • Ability to identify opportunities and translate them into strategy and plans
  • Have a hands-on approach to increasing sales, including maintaining and improving credibility with customers by building trust, rapport, and confidence to further enhance our existing relationships?
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives
  • Timely decision maker, able to prioritize critical tasks that add the highest value
  • Comfortable with both tactical work and strategic thinking
  • Highly motivated and results driven with a proven experience of working towards achieving individual and team objectives
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Ability to work closely with other departments
