Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Finance Graduate to join our programme in Malta.

The Programme
As a Finance Graduate at our office, you will be part of a team that makes key decisions on a daily basis - we don’t like to hang around and the reason why we are the biggest airline Group in Europe is because we are not afraid to make bold business decisions. The Role
In the Finance Graduate role, you will get to do a full rotation through the following Malta-based companies including Malta Air, Lauda Europe, Aviation Finance and Leasing Limited and FR Aviation Leasing Limited.

Your role will see you tackling a wide range of business challenges.

Your responsibilities will include assisting your team with the following

  • Financial reporting including upkeep and preparation of accounts.
  • Preparation of Management accounts on a monthly basis, including variance analysis.
  • Management reporting, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Budgeting and forecasting with our Group finance team.
  • Management of intra-group leasing arrangements, including the invoicing and aircraft transfer documentation.
  • Budgeting and forecasting cash-flow funding requirements.
  • Ad-hoc projects and duties.

Requirements

What You Need

You will need to have very good / excellent grades at your university and ambition to take on responsibility sooner rather than later. You must be prepared to travel to our Dublin Headquarters on a relatively regular basis.
