As our new Head of Mobile you will be responsible to oversee our mobile applications business strategy and operational execution across departments within the ComeOn Group.

You will provide strategic direction, execute a business strategy roadmap across Product, Technology, Data, Marketing and Retention. You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle working closely with several teams to conceptualise creative solutions to product features.

You are a strategic leader with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional and diverse team with varying levels of experience. You should be familiar with product development methodologies, and demonstrate a unique blend of strong leadership and a sound commercial skillset. In addition to leading and influencing your stakeholders, you enjoy sharing ideas and providing support to others, working towards one common goal and delivering the best possible results.

You report to the Chief Commercial Officer of the company who sits in the Executive Team of ComeOn Group.

Overview of Responsibilities

  • Oversee our mobile application business strategy and operational execution across departments within the Group
  • Lead and execute a coherent strategy across Product, Technology, Data, Marketing and Retention
  • Lead ComeOn Group’s mobile application business to the next level
  • Identify business opportunities and suggestions for improvement; keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity, identify opportunities for innovation, and assessment of potential obstacles to business success
  • Identify mobile application trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business.
  • Understand the ecosystem of Google Play, Apple App Store and off-store opportunities
  • Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs and communicate the strategy to management and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with various teams, internal stakeholders, and third party partners on complex projects ensuring mobile application strategy is aligned with our business strategy and roadmap
  • Continuous improvement of our mobile application performance on business level


Requirements

You are a strategic leader with strong communication skills, coming with a background in product, marketing, data or commercial management. You come with a minimum of 3-5 years within a mobile app related role and have previous experience working within multicultural organizations. You are familiar with the mobile app eco-system, its opportunities and best practices and have experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential within this position together with proven experience working cross-functionally within a large international organisation.
