As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Project and Account Manager to bring predictability and visibility to our clients, whilst also providing clarity and information to our internal Teams too (clear requirements, clarify expectations, organise timelines and workloads).
The selected individual will be a people’s person, someone that can nurture the relationship with our partners, understand their needs and share updates in the best way possible, as well as a very structured person, someone who can organise projects internally (being with Product, Tech or Legal amp; Compliance) to make sure things don’t fall through any cracks (we don’t like missing deadlines).
The selected individual will be responsible to:
- Own the relationship between the company and the partners
- Provide Project Managers, Product Owners and Tech with customer feedback and requests through relevant channels
- Coordinate projects and activities for partners, within the company
- Own the launch and integrations of new partners
- Coordinate and communicate roadmaps, roll-out of system integrations, product features, promotional tool and back-end and front-end releases to partners
- Educate and train new and existing partners for systems, tools and features available
- Track and report on account status on regular basis for relevant KPIs
- Follow up on partner's projections and results
- Coach and challenge our partners, always being a step ahead and identifying improvement areas
- Manage and maintain casino content in internal systems across multiple jurisdictions to make available to our partners
- Manage, maintain and inform of news, game release schedule, access, promotions and marketing material to partners via relevant channels
- Contribute to business discussions around the company's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy
Requirements
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Relevant iGaming experience
- Very strong project management skills
- Strong ownership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
- Experience of working with a CRM or Business Intelligence tool is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as Account Manager and/or Project Manager
