Job Description
Westerwood Global have a unique opportunity for a suitable candidate to join an expanding team as a HR/Recruitment Coordinator. Based in our Malta, NY office, the successful candidate will serve in an administrative capacity to assist the HR amp; Recruitment teams with administrative responsibilities throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

Requirements
- Assist in recruitment efforts. This can include sourcing resumes and conducting phone screens.
- Assist with utilizing the applicant tracking system to gather and maintain notes regarding candidates and the interviewing process.
- Administer verbal offers, following up with a written offer to selected candidates, as needed.
- Arrange post-offer drug testing and initiate background checks.
- Assist with the creation of job requisitions, externally and internally post job openings.
- Conduct new hire orientations.
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are complete, including I-9’s.
- Other duties as assigned.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 1-3 years working in a HR or Recruitment discipline.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred but not required
