Job Description
Our growing performance team has an exciting new opening for a PPC Manager in our Malta office! Reporting directly into the Head of Performance, you will have full responsibility for leading the paid search activity and will form part of a young and ambitious team who are incredibly excited by the brands’ international growth plans!
What will your day to day look like?
- Planning and execution of all PPC campaigns, uncovering insights, optimisation and budget management
- Hiring and training new team members
- Measuring and reporting of PPC activity and communicating the paid search performance to the rest of the business
- Management of an international paid search strategy
- All planning and testing paid search experiments
- Working with internal teams on the creation of landing pages for optimal user experience
- Working closely with Google’s Paid Search team on new advances and ensuring best practices
- Optimizing CPAs, ROAS and Ad Rank
- Growing generic search campaigns, while maintaining healthy CPAs
Requirements
What's your background?
This is a hands-on role for a PPC guru with an impressive background in executing highly successful end-to-end PPC campaigns! You come with at least 3 years Paid Search experience in gaming, backed with excellent data analysis skills. Being a strong communicator, you are confident with presenting digital marketing findings to other senior stakeholders in the business. What's more you are an expert when it comes to Google and Bing Ads, have an advanced GA knowledge, including different attribution models. Your experience has given you a good understanding of other performance channels and how Paid Search synergises with Organic Search. Of course we expect you have worked with Google (including display, advanced bidding), AB testing of advertising copy and landing page optimisation. What's more, if you speak Swedish or an additional language, this would be considered a great plus!
