Consumers within the global iGaming industry are inundated with online casinos and sportsbooks to choose from, and often make decisions based on very little information being available; leaving them open to bad user experiences.

We are a remote working company, with an HQ based in Malta. We have an entrepreneurial, ambitious and driven mindset flowing through the company and we will continue to push forward, growing organically within both current and new markets.
As our team of Rocketeers continues to grow, we are searching for a Legal Advisor, to support our business in various areas, including contracting, licensing, commercial and HR.
Your key tasks:
- Research licensing requirements across various US states
- Gather and structure information
- Prepare documentation needed for license applications
- Communicate with company ownership group to obtain necessary signatures and notarizations
- Send/receive communications to/from authorities by post or email
- Contribute to the overall ecosystem of contracts within the company
- Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
- Providing advice on legal matters
- Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
- Reviewing legal material
- Working with our external legal partners where necessary
- Support the Leadership, Finance, Commercial, HR and Operations teams with all legal requests from a centralised position
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Experience in the law field.
- Strong prioritisation skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- An understanding of the global iGaming landscape.
- Experience with US licenses preferred.
