Head of Conversion
ComeOn Group, Malta

An exciting new role has opened up in our growing Marketing and Acquisition team and we are looking for you to join as our new Head of Conversion! This role will sit in a central position in the Malta office servicing various brands and markets within the ComeOn Group, where you will be managing a small team and working closely with Product Owners, Brand Managers and Analysts. You will report into our Head of Acquisition and Retention and will be leading our crucial Growth Initiative which aim to bring our customer onboarding to an exceptional level!

Here's a little bit of what you will get up to day to day:

Adopting a data-first approach to understand, analyse, report and act on the onboarding data available to us as well as to drive touchpoints improvements in the onboarding funnel, including but not limited to, landing page performance, registrations, first deposits, payment funnel, KYC. You will be responsible to drive commercial focus with the ability to increase growth in conversion revenue and influence the planning, development and deployment of improvements into marketing channels, digital and traditional, as well as website user experience. You will be supporting and mentoring a small team and working together with our Analysts to map out critical flows on AB testing and roadmap planning prioritisation, whilst coming up with innovative and creative ideas to drive us forward.

Requirements

You come with 5+ years experience in onboarding funnel optimization and are confident with A/B and MVT testing experience. You understand customer behaviour through data and have the ability to provide actionable insight from large datasets. You are able to manage multiple projects with rapidly changing variables and eager to take end-to-end ownership with little supervision. We expect you have a superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills with exceptional written and spoken communication skills. You have an advanced understanding of Web analytics such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture. You are results oriented, passionate about creating superior online experiences through your proactive approach and bring hands on experience in delivering excellent marketing ROI. What's more, if you have experience with website development (e.g.HTML/CSS, JavaScript), website visual design, UX or Adobe Creative Suite, this would be considered a plus!
