Consumers within the global iGaming industry are inundated with online casinos and sportsbooks to choose from, and often make decisions based on very little information being available; leaving them open to bad user experiences.

As our team of Rocketeers continues to grow, we are searching for a Head of Human Relations to develop, manage and deliver value-added human resources services in all areas of the business.
The selected individual will be an integral part of our Senior Management team and will have the opportunity to impact and help shape our business moving forward.

Your key tasks:
- Recruitment coordination feeding the business needs with a flow of talent, based on needs.
- Recruitment planning delivering yearly recruitment planning in collaboration with the CEO.
- Talent management structuring tools and processes allowing leaders to optimally grow and develop the staff, maintaining high levels of staff retention.
- Compensation and benefits coordinate the processes to ensure fair and attractive conditions for staff.
- Culture enhancement enabling the continuous improvement and adjustment of values, codes on conduct and culture concepts.
- Leadership coaching collaborating with leaders on all levels on people related topics.
- Learning and development coordinating and facilitating initiatives.
- Leadership of the HR team providing the HR team with the vision and tools needed to deliver the business requirements.
- Company strategy contributing to vision/mission/goals of the company.
- Contribute to employer branding and company reputation by coordinating the brand management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of HR, in a fast-growing organization, preferably in the iGaming or eCommerce industry
- Experience managing a team is a must
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, administration and recruitment
- Excellent knowledge of conflict management
- Fluent in English, any other second language is a plus
- Residency in Malta or willingness to relocate
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Bachelor Degree in HRM or similar; Master Degree/MBA is a plus
- High energy and commitment
- Extrovert personality
