Job Description
Malta International Airport plc is looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is passionate about the airport and who is willing to learn and be part of a high-performance culture. The following vacancy has arisen within the Fire amp; Rescue Department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Fighting both aircraft and domestic fires and effecting rescues;
- Driving and operating all fire-fighting vehicles and equipment;
- Making use of breathing apparatus, ladders and work at heights; and
- Assisting in the handling of casualties and render first aid.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess clean police conduct.
- Possess a valid driving license (Category C considered an asset).
- Obtained ‘O’ Level qualification in Maltese, English and Mathematics (Grades 1 to 5) or Mcast First Diploma.
- Be 21 years of age.

- Be able to work in adverse environmental conditions.
- Be computer-literate.
Driving License
Successful candidates who do not already possess driving license Category C will be required to do so within the first year of employment.
