As our team of Rocketeers continues to grow, we are searching for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team who is passionate to run advanced analysis, reporting initiatives across a whole business, who can actively drive the development of our products, and who can significantly contribute towards us becoming a more data-driven organization.
Since we have just started our data journey by building a respective Data/BI Team, the position offers a significant amount of flexibility, responsibility, collaboration, and personal development opportunities which will enable you to take yourself as well as KaFe Rocks to the next level.

Responsibilities
- Design, create, enhance and maintain holistic reporting and analysis capabilities spanning over the areas SEO/Outreach, Website/Product Performance, Commercial, Finance which provide insights and enable the teams and ultimately our customers to make more informed, better decisions
- Initiatives for example include:
- Conversion rate optimization analysis throughout the conversion funnel
- Customer acquisition and return on investment analysis
- Identifying the optimal customer journey based on product objectives
- Market, Domain, Brand performance analysis and forecasting
- Customer Lifetime Value analysis
- Keyword performance analysis
- Have full ownership of the tag management
- Identify data gaps and define respective requirements and/or solutions
- Work closely with the Data Engineers on creating valuable data assets and utilizing these
- Be an ambassador for actionable data and recurringly deliver insights as well as updates to stakeholders
Requirements
You’ll fit in perfectly if you have
- 5+ years experience in Analyst, Data Scientist roles
- Outstanding communication amp; problem-solving skills
- Always thought that "Google Analytics" should be your middle name
- Proficient knowledge in data transformation, modeling using languages like Python (preferred), R or SQL
- Independently worked with databases like MySQL, AWS, Google Big Query
- Experience in creating reports, dashboards using BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI
- The eagerness to turn your insights into action
- A love for the Mediterranean lifestyle as even though the role will be remote, being located in Malta would be considered an advantage
