What you would be doing:
Reporting to the Head of Account Management and Marketing Operations, you will:
- Bring your iGaming affiliate experience and relationships to jump start your success at Hero.
- Be the main point of contact; manage numerous affiliate relationships utilizing the NetRefer affiliate marketing platform and Salesforce CRM system
- Ensure the best Affiliate deals and positions are being offered; optimize and negotiate deals to ensure best possible ROI on an ongoing basis
- Set your affiliates up for success; ensure that they have the latest offers and media/assets to push compelling brand focused communications
- Be a win-win negotiator. Identify top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key affiliates
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness; Work with the Head of Accounts and Marketing Operations to understand the ROI on every deal.
- Build a symbiotic relationship with the Head of Acquisition and Acquisition team; provide feedback on traffic sources.
- Convert inbound queries and requests from new affiliates into onboarded affiliates whenever possible.
- Collaborate with the internal commercial/CRM teams to continuously improve market specific welcome offers and marketing campaigns
- Cooperate with fellow affiliate managers to balance the load across our markets and brands.
- Travel (when it becomes possible) to meet and develop relationships with both new and existing affiliates; attend conferences and various networking events.
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in Affiliate Marketing or Sales related role
- Good knowledge and understanding of both Casino and Sportsbook products
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and optimizing partner accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator and ability to work towards monthly and quarterly targets
- Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Fluent in English. Knowledge in another language is considered an advantage
- Academic Degree a plus but not required
