Within this exciting role, we're looking for someone who can help take our brands to the next level! On our brands, players can win big with the help of the multiple sports events we offer, both live and pre-match.. every single day!
We are now on the search for a Finnish speaker to join as our new Sportsbook CRM Executive . This is a great opportunity for sports enthusiast, who knows sports betting inside out, and is familiar with the terminologies and happenings in key sports targetting Finnish customers. You will have the day-to-day responsibility of ensuring our sites are in tip-top shape, promoting the right events at the right times as well as creating unique and attractive campaigns for our loyal players. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be writing sportsbook copy, ensuring the content (translations, information pages amp; banners) is fresh amp; up-to-date, as well as updating featured leagues and planning, executing and reporting on campaigns targeted for Finnish audiences. What's more you will be supporting our various brand teams in their CRM strategies amp; running your own on-site campaigns. This role is key to ensuring our players get what they want, when they want it.. so ultimately, everyone's happy!
What will you get up to day to day?
Having responsibility for all Finnish Sportsbook sites, you will research different markets to gain a complete and thorough understanding of the target audiences. You will be coordinating campaign plans for onsite CRM activities where localisation is key, as well as report on the campaigns that you run. Together with daily updates of banners on our various brand sites, you will ensure all featured leagues and quick-links are updated, alongside creating campaign pages and monitoring Sportsbook performance.
Requirements
So do you have what we're looking for?
You have native-level fluency of Finnish with an exceptional command of the English language (both written amp; verbal). You have a passion for sports, particularly Ice Hockey and always keep up-to-date with what is ongoing and relevant for Finnish sports bettors. We expect you have experience within sports betting either as a player or professionally, along with impeccable writing, editing amp; communication skills with the ability to tailor dialogue and cater for a variety of audiences. With your strong organisational and excellent time management skills, you can balance multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. You are ambitious, creative and keen to experiment with campaigns, bringing innovative ways of thinking to everything you do. What's more, if you have some knowledge of HTML or familiarity with Content Managements Systems, this would be considered a plus!
