We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Product with a proven track record of successfully steering strategic roadmaps for leading gaming brands in the sector. This is an exciting and full-throttle role putting you at the forefront of ComeOn's next phase of global growth; crucially bridging tech, product and business strategy. As our new Head of Product you will ensure that the company is focusing on the right priorities on a weekly/monthly basis; whilst still keeping the roadmap aligned with the high level strategy of the company and ensuring the highest ROI is achieved in terms of business value.
Forming part of our Product and Tech team, this is a key role within our management team where you will report directly into the Chief Product Officer whilst managing a small team of 1/2 direct reports with a strategic approach to leadership.
So, what will you get up to day to day?
The role is integrated into the business verticals to enable you to understand and identify the true value drivers to be implemented. You will be very hands on, driving roadmap priorities with product leads and keeping it in sync with company focus and strategy. You will continuously weigh initiatives and projects against each other from a business value perspective whilst staying on top of roadmap and development investments (time spent/resource allocation) on a daily basis to ensure development teams are given clear guidance and instructions where they should spend their time to give maximum value back to the company. You will be responsible for enforcing a Time To Market focus in all initiatives, helping business and development teams to break down scopes to quicker value deliveries. What's more, you will collaborate and drive focus and priorities with key business stakeholders to translate high level business needs into actionable ROI driving implementation Epics. Additionally, you will implement relevant KPI drivers across the different product areas as measurements
Requirements
What's your background?
- Vast experience with Product Management or Product Ownership within the iGaming Industry
- Highly skilled in identifying revenue driving gaps and business opportunities within current product proposition
- Ability to influence senior business executives on projects and the business driving reasoning behind prioritisation
- Detailed proven understanding on the key monetisation areas of the user experience and their respective impact on revenue
- Ability to demonstrate and fine tune product flow, positioning and functionality that drives conversion metrics and ARPU
- Up to speed and in-tune with best industry practice and competition successes from a product, user experience, and functionality perspective.
- Previous Pamp;L management experience desirable
