Business Analyst

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a skilled Business Analyst, fluent in English who will be based in Malta. The work will be carried out on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be closely collaborating with the responsible officials and managing the project team.
Your Tasks:
- Requirements gathering (organize meetings/interviews with Business Key Users, Business Experts, and other Stakeholders);
- Analysis of business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Business model analysis;
- Process analysis;
- Business processes modelling;
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
- Impact analysis;
- Produce/Update relevant documentation;
- Perform root-cause analysis;
- Streamline procedures and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process analysis;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in modelling tools ;
- Minimum a total of 3 years of experience in one or more business analysis tools, modelling tools (e.g. UML) or software development process frameworks/methodologies (e.g. SCRUM);
- Proven experience with quality and security procedures;
- In depth knowledge of information systems matters;
- Experience in large organizations administrative and business processes;
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing reports and give high level presentations;
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator;
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
- Excellent English command.
