.Net Developer with SharePoint Experience

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a skilled .Net Developer with SharePoint experience, fluent in English who will be based in Valletta, Malta. The work will be carried out on site at Malta. The successful candidate will work on .Net, projects using SQL Server databases, procedures/ functions and APIs in order to connect and integrate these projects into their SharePoint applications, according to corporate and current industry best practices.
Your Tasks:
- Develop, maintain and improve the new features of the applications;
- Improve of the workflows and bug fixing;
- UI improvements for department’s applications;
- Integrate .Net systems with SharePoint Paperless tool;
- Lead the maintenance/developments of systems for interims;
- Manage delegations and budgets and improving the UI/UX;
- Maintain all the technical documentation in regards the maintenance;
- Be involved in requirement gathering meetings and training sessions for final users.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree with at least 6 years of IT professional experience;
- Strong experience in software development in .NET framework and SharePoint 2013;
- Experience with SQL server database structures, T-SQL, programming using SQL Server stored procedures, and development of SSIS packages;
- Good understanding of SharePoint, PowerShell and SharePoint Management Shell, as well as the different out of the box web parts and their functionality, InfoPath Form Services and SharePoint Designer;
- Demonstrated experience translating a final design into a finished web presence;
- Experience with maintenance of the Atlassian suite of applications;
- Experience in developing, consuming and securing RESTful web APIs;
- Experience in web development and web design, including JSON, AJAX, XML, HTML, and CSS;
- Capacity to code in PHP and JavaScript for Drupal tailoring and specific functionality will be considered an asset;
- Experience on SharePoint Online will be considered an asset;
- Experience on Azure will be considered an asset;
- Excellent command of English language.
