Requirements
Job Overview
The CTO will have primary responsibility for shaping the product by providing a seamless bond between:
- sellback interface frontend and backend (www.stasis.net/sellback)
- Exante platform CRM integration for user management and onboarding
- Sumsab integration (KYC services)
- mobile noncustodial wallets (iOS, Android)
- APIs to access EURS from other web applications
In addition, The CTO will:
- own and deliver product roadmap
- act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
- solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
- assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
- identify and help clients understand the business model, value and value proposition
- develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams
- research and analyze market, the users, and the competition
- present and effectively communicate product business growth strategy and the following execution to the board and key business stakeholders

Requirements:
This role is ideal for someone who has the right mix of entrepreneurial spirit, passion, energy, and innovative and ambitious nature to accelerate business growth and prioritize further developments and the ideal profile for the role would be CTO WITH PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
- Fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies
- Proven track record in building similar products from the scratch to a market ready product is a MUST to succeed
- Deep knowledge of the digital money market and technical skills (Python, Django) is a MUST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Russian - is a MUST
- Availability of the own dedicated technical team is BONUS
- Commercial drive (sales amp; business strategy development amp; new client acquisition)
- Strategic mindset and full ownership of execution (hands on)
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Team and stakeholder management skills (decentralized set up, remote)
- Ability to delegate efficiently, project management skills
- Capacity to work in a high-growth environment with emerging structure and manage multiple internal stakeholders
