Always thinking of what is next, you'll set the direction and execute on short to long-term strategic plans to create the most appealing promotional propositions for our online sportsbook players. This requires working closely with our, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Online Marketing teams to build out an industry leading customer proposition strategy, across both acquisition and retention

Therefore, it is crucial that the ideal candidate understands betting and the mentality for the industry, alongside proven Sportsbook Promotion experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop Online SportsBook promotional propositions and strategy to support the growth, strategic and operational goals of the Editec
- Oversee the Online SportsBook proposition development process, including idea generation, feasibility studies, go to market strategy, launch amp; ongoing management plans, reporting metrics, and recommendations on which propositions should be further developed vs placed into a holding pattern vs retired
- Execute ongoing Digital propositions across all sports categories to drive customer activity (e.g., bets per customer, stakes per customer, actives amp; active days)
- Work closely with the promotions team to help set the pipeline, focusing on enhancements to existing propositions and planning new promotional ideas
- Support the markets with targeted acquisition and retention efforts
- Analyse the success of the sportsbook promotions
- Owning the Bonus promotional and marketing campaign calendar for sportsbook
- Assisting with promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams
- Executing, analysing and reporting on campaigns through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance
- Collate player statistics in a presentable and meaningful manner. Utilise these stats to review current promotions and drive further profitability in the future
- Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all player segments
Requirements
- 3+ years of online experience essential; ideally gained with an online sportsbook operator
- Understand the needs of digital sports betting customers and what promotions will appeal to them
- Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights amp; sources to tell a compelling story
- Good understanding of how to scope out operational processes and product requirements to support customer propositions
- Proven at delivering projects against deadlines
- Proven track record of working with cross functional teams and delivering first-class customer experience results in an e-commerce environment
- Proven operator, with very strong awareness of the wants/needs of customers
- Thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment
- Passionate about customer propositions and how they are developed and managed
- Comfortable with not owning every decision
- Ability to work flexible hours as sometimes dynamic and weekend work may be needed.
- Have a keen Interest in Sports, especially football
- Not a requirement, but the ability to speak French or Portuguese will be an added bonus
