Summary
Editec, the leading sports betting consultancy covering the African market, is seeking a Games Management Executive who loves everything about casino, understands the players, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
With multiple sites in multiple languages, you’ll be responsible for the selection of games and priorities within each site, analysing gameplay and optimising game performance. This will include the release of new games and additions of new game providers, where you will be working closely with the casino and promotions teams, as well as other Online Marketing Teams.
The nature of our industry is fast-paced and demanding, Gambling is very competitive and brings a lot more restrictions than other products or services. Therefore, it is crucial that the ideal candidate understands the online casino business, has good knowledge of the games and game providers, and is organised, analytical and a team player.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the release of new games, liaising with compliance, game providers and technical teams
- Analyse game performance and lifecyle to maximize revenues in each individual market
- Assist on game management and positioning based on individual market performance, including adding/removing games, prioritising and categorising
- Assistance with the evaluation of game campaigns in order to improve efficiency and ROI
- Evaluate casino performance across devices, brands and markets to ensure user experience is optimised
- Communicate upcoming game releases, new product features and network promotional offers to various stakeholders within the organization
- Support the Gaming and Promotions team in the planning and execution of the promotional plan, for specific markets and brands, to improve performance and profitability of game offers.
- Assist Customer Support and liaise with Game Providers on any game issues.
- Keep up to date with market and industry knowledge
Requirements
- 2+ years of online experience essential; ideally gained with an online casino operator
- Have a good knowledge of all casino games including slots, table games, live casino and side games
- Understand the needs of digital casino customers and why games appeal to them
- Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights amp; sources to tell a compelling story
- Thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment
- Passionate about games and all things casino related
- Ability to work flexible hours as sometimes dynamic and weekend work may be needed.
- Not a requirement, but the ability to speak French or Portuguese will be an added bonus
