Job Description

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our People team and help us find and attract the top talent in the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needed profiles
  • Providing regular updates and communication to hiring managers and candidates
  • Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the iGaming industry
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
