As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our People team and help us find and attract the top talent in the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needed profiles
- Providing regular updates and communication to hiring managers and candidates
- Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the iGaming industry
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed
