About the role

We are looking for an ambitious rising star, who will hit the ground running to drive real impact.

As Senior CRM Manager you'll build out and deliver the CRM roadmap, with the view to expand and optimise our real time marketing and personalisation capabilities.

You'll be responsible for managing a team of CRM Execs and building out clear delivery and QA processes. You will work with the wider business to gain strategic direction and support the company wide goals.

You'll be excited by the data and learnings from each journey and use these to report back to the business on metrics and make recommendations.

What you'll do

  • Monitoring of KPIs and work with wider team to build out improvements to ensure we are hitting our goals.
  • Responsible for the CRM team delivery of key tasks and ensuring any blockers are communicated to management.
  • Line management of CRM team.
  • Scoping and monitoring of campaign reports to measure success of all automated scenarios- summarising back to the business in user friendly way.
  • Scope, brief and manage the build of strategic, data driven campaigns to deliver engagement and retention through multi-channels such as email, push, and in-session.
  • Optimise the customer journey and reward strategy by customer value segmentation to optimise ROI.
  • Project manage tasks within Jira and communicate regularly with key channels in Slack to ensure workloads amp; deadlines are managed.
  • Improve operational efficiencies through testing, optimisation, and automation.
  • Implement robust QA processes.
  • Utilisation of CRM product capabilities to reach customers through different channels, with real time triggers and personalisation.
  • Responsible for scoping, delivering and optimising life cycle journey automations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years email application experience, across multiple channels (Email, Push amp; In app)
  • Experience with customer retention amp; scaling Life-cycle Marketing programmes.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders amp; project manage.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset with data visualisation tool experience (Looker or Tableau preferred).
  • Experience on Bloomreach an advantage.
  • Direct experience of the gaming/casino industry is an advantage.
  • Any experience in the US market is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
