Location: Hybrid - Malta
At ComeOn Group, we are looking for an AML Technical Analyst, who will play a key role in planning, coordinating and executing technical compliance projects. The AML Technical Analyst is a crucial link for internal stakeholders, who cultivates strong relationships particularly with the Technical and Product teams. Acting as a liaison between these teams and the AML team, the AML Technical Analyst also collaborates closely with the Compliance team to translate jurisdictional requirements into user stories and ultimately drive the technical implementation. The role also involves coordinating with external suppliers for product integration and scope requirements, and post go-live, follows up with any changes or suppliers to assess their impact on the user journey.
Responsibilities:
- Translating regulatory requirements into user stories
- Identifying technical gaps and propose compliant solutions
- Maintaining ongoing communication with product and technical teams in the company
- Documenting solutions proposed and undertaken through clear change-management procedures
- Supporting the delivery of projects including the technical implementation of new regulatory requirements
- Following up after systems or products ‘go-live’ to assess the impact of changes on the user journey, monitoring anomalies, and making adjustments as needed
- Maintaining a log of any issues and solutions to the AML technical guides
- Testing the solutions released by product and technical teams, documenting the findings, and requesting further solutions to address the issues or gaps identified
- On a need-to basis and upon Regulatory change, reviewing the released product and technical controls/implementations to ensure these are effective and operational; requesting updates/changes of such controls when necessary
About you:
- A strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a gaming or other regulated company with previous exposure to regulations that require technical implementation
- Able to think outside the box and excellent analytical skills
- Organised and has an eye for detail
- Able to work independent and manage projects
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and in writing
