As our Director of Product Development, you will be the driving force behind ComeOn's ambitious global growth phase. This role is tailor-made for a strategic visionary with a proven track record in leading and evolving product roadmaps for top-tier gaming brands. You will be the critical link between technology, product development, and overarching business strategy, steering the company toward achieving the highest returns on investment and business value. Lastly, you will lead a team of 14 divided between Product Owners and Leads delivering with them a best-in-class product.

Responsibilities:

In your role as Director of Product Development at ComeOn Group, you will be deeply integrated within our business verticals, not just to understand but to actively listen to our customers. Your mission is to identify and implement true value drivers that resonate with our customers, ensuring every aspect of our business delivers a top-class experience. This commitment to customer-centricity is paramount, guiding our roadmap priorities and aligning them seamlessly with the overall company strategy and our steadfast commitment to compliance.

  • Hands-on management of product roadmaps, ensuring they are customer-focused and strategically aligned.
  • Regular evaluation of initiatives and projects, prioritizing those that provide the greatest value from a customer experience perspective.
  • Maintaining a constant pulse on roadmap and development investments, ensuring our teams are strategically focused on activities that enhance customer satisfaction and bring maximum value to the company.
  • Enforcing a swift Time To Market for all initiatives, streamlining processes to deliver quicker value to our customers.
  • Collaborating closely with key business stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into actionable, ROI-driven implementations that prioritize customer experience.
  • Establishing and monitoring relevant KPIs across different product areas, with a keen focus on metrics that reflect customer satisfaction and engagement.

About you:

  • Vast experience as a head of product within the iGaming Industry.
  • Highly skilled in identifying revenue-driving gaps and business opportunities within current product proposition.
  • Ability to influence senior business executives on projects and the business-driving reasoning behind prioritization.
  • Detailed proven understanding of the key monetisation areas of the user experience and their respective impact on revenue.
  • Ability to demonstrate and fine-tune product flow, positioning and functionality that drives conversion metrics and ARPU.
  • Up to speed and in-tune with best industry practice and competition successes from a product, user experience, and functionality perspective.
