As the Country Manager for Canada, you will be the driving force behind our success in this key market. Your role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies that resonate with the Canadian audience, fostering a positive brand image, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The selected person may either be based in Malta or on the ground in Canada.
Your responsibilities will include:
Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to establish and expand our presence in the Canadian online casino market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges specific to the Canadian gaming landscape.
Brand Representation:
- Ensure that our values and messaging align with the preferences and expectations of the local audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective campaigns tailored to the Canadian market.
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and local communities.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure that the company's operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the Canadian market.
- Work closely with legal teams to navigate and adapt to any evolving regulatory landscape.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns, user acquisition strategies, and overall market performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, outlining successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the online casino or gaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian gaming market, regulations, and player preferences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
