We are seeking a Gaming Insights Manager who will have a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. The main task of the Gaming Insights Manager is to provide valuable insights that can be used to make informed decisions. This includes gathering data on product performance, commercial KPIs, and user behavior. By utilizing this data, the Gaming Insights Manager will generate actionable insights that drive strategic decisions to further enhance growth and optimize the gaming experience for our users.

Your role will involve:

• Data Collection and Analysis:
• Work with stakeholders to define, measure, and report on KPIs related to gaming performance.
• Collect and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights in the gaming industry.
• Build models and perform statistical analysis to make predictions and informed data-based decision making.
• Utilize statistical methods, data mining, and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights.
• Reporting and Presentation:
• Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, and development teams.
• Clearly communicate insights and recommendations derived from data analysis.
• User Behavior Analysis:
• Understand player behavior to identify trends, preferences, and pain points.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to enhance user experience based on data-driven findings.
• Strategic Decision Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform strategic decisions related to game development, marketing, and user acquisition.
• Data Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of data used for analysis.
• Implement and maintain data quality standards and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
• Proven track record of data analysis within the gaming industry.
• Expertise in data analysis tools and programming languages including SQL, Python, and R.
• Deep understanding of gaming metrics and KPIs.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
