Lead Technical Sourcer

Job Description
At Find.co we are currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Tech Lead Sourcer with extensive experience and successful track record of building and executing sourcing strategies across EMEA and US regions.
In this role you will be reporting to the Head of People and will be collaborating with both the TA team and internal stakeholders to provide high quality candidates and directly contributing to our company growth.
Though this role will have a special focus on Tech talent, also non-technical projects might be delivered depending on the business needs throughout the year.
Responsibilities:Sourcing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Head of People and the TA team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract both top technical, executive and non-technical talent if needed.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to meet specific hiring targets
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Headhunting:
- Conduct proactive and effective headhunting activity to identify and engage passive candidates for critical technical roles.
Candidate engagement and experience:
- Define best practices to enhance the candidate experience at sourcing stage
- Act as company's Ambassador and effectively communicate our mission, USPs and business model to candidates
Cross-teams collaboration:
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide market insights and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyse sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ of relevant industry experience as Senior Sourcer or Headhunter in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and its talent landscape.
- Experience sourcing for senior to executive-level roles also outside of Tech
- Demonstrated success leading high volume hiring projects
- Ability to work against competitive KPIs
- Deep knowledge of modern and effective sourcing strategies and tools, Including LinkedIn recruiter search optimisation, X-rays
- Outstanding reporting, market and data analysis skills and related tools
- Ability to source for non-tech roles based on business needs
