Job Description
At Find.co, we are a fast growing media group seeking a strategically and operationally focused CRO, who will enhance our sales operations and business offerings.
Reporting to the CEO, the CRO will play a key role in the company's overall growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in identifying, evaluating and executing on business opportunities within a publishing company, ideally within the Crypto, Tech, Business, Finance or iGaming industries.
Responsibilities- Create, lead and mentor the sales and business development teams from early stages into a cash generating machine while ensuring alignment within the organization.
- Develop robust processes and a culture of operational excellence within the sales and BD teams
- With your team, create a standard catalog of services to be provided by our media brands
- Align with other departments on product, engineering, marketing, etc. to ensure the success of your department
- Identify new markets, different advertising methods, targets for acquisition purposes, etc. and prioritize opportunities accordingly.
- Connect with industry leaders, potential clients, etc. to forge partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
- Keep an eye on market trends to spot both opportunities and threats.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 4+ years in a senior management role within the online publishing space.
- Experienced and proficient in marketing, specifically in SEO and lead generation,
- Proven track record of successful operational scale up and revenue growth.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset Proficient in data analysis and interpreting market trends.
- Well-versed with CRM software, data analytics tools, and modern digital communication platforms.
- Promote integrity in all interactions, fostering trust and transparency.
- Adaptable Thrives in fast-paced settings and is responsive to change.
- Time zone between CDT and EEST.
- Fluent in English.
