Job Description
We are actively seeking a Senior Product Designer who melds deep expertise with an innovator's spirit. In this crucial role, you'll be entrusted with crafting compelling designs and shaping the identities of our client brands, playing a pivotal role in ensuring their market success. Your progression from a solid foundation in graphic design to a comprehensive product designer will be invaluable in our client-centric ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design journey from ideation to execution, creating tailored solutions and delivering value for business and user iteratively.
- Create graphic design skills to develop coherent brand assets, from logos to collaterals and beyond, reinforcing the brand strategy.
- Organize and conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder, and user interviews. Synthesise and translate these insights into actionable design strategies in alignment with each client's vision.
- Develop and refine design systems for our products and back office environments, emphasising usability, scalability, and flexibility, while maintaining distinct brand voices.
- Collaborate effectively across various client projects. Communicate design decisions clearly to gain stakeholder buy-in and ensure frictionless implementation by peers.
- Cultivate our libraries of icons, graphics, and illustrations, ensuring a consistent alignment with each client brand's guidelines.
- Monitor design tasks using tools like Jira, liaising closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Advocate for continuous learning and mentorship, instilling a culture of mutual growth. Engage in knowledge sharing to enhance team synergy and client outcomes.
Requirements
- Mastery of UI/UX design tools, especially Figma.
- Proficiency in responsive design with an unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong background in graphic design, particularly with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
- Knowledge of Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, and Atomic Design principles.
- Experience integrating AI into design processes/workflows.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS would be considered an asset.
- Aptitude for crafting micro-animations to enhance UI clarity and boost the overall user experience (UX).
- Prior exposure to the Sports Betting industry and experience with SaaS platform design would be considered an asset.
