Malta International Airport plc is looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about working with people and is willing to continuously learn, develop, and be part of a high-performance culture. This vacancy has arisen within the Human Resources Department.

Purpose of Position:

To manage the key HR functions and processes in line with the company's Strategy and objectives;

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Administration;
• Payroll;
• Discipline (enforcement of policies, warnings, termination, redundancies, etc);
• Contracts of Employment;
• Company Policies (drafting, revision amp; enforcement);
• Managing relations with unions including collective bargaining;
• Workforce Planning and budgeting;
• Succession Planning and talent management;
• Performance Evaluation Process;
• The execution of the company's HR Strategy and Policies;
• Organise and hold employee surveys;
• Contribute to HR Annual Budget formulation and implementation;
• Organisational Development.

Requirements

Qualifications amp; Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
• A university degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
• A working knowledge of HRM disciplines and administration;
• Familiar with local employment law;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Maltese).
