Purpose of Position:
To manage the key HR functions and processes in line with the company's Strategy and objectives;
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration;
- Payroll;
- Discipline (enforcement of policies, warnings, termination, redundancies, etc);
- Contracts of Employment;
- Company Policies (drafting, revision amp; enforcement);
- Managing relations with unions including collective bargaining;
- Workforce Planning and budgeting;
- Succession Planning and talent management;
- Performance Evaluation Process;
- The execution of the company's HR Strategy and Policies;
- Organise and hold employee surveys;
- Contribute to HR Annual Budget formulation and implementation;
- Organisational Development.
Requirements
Qualifications amp; Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role;
- A university degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
- A working knowledge of HRM disciplines and administration;
- Familiar with local employment law;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Maltese).
