The role of the VIP Team Leader is a position responsible for guiding and elevating our exclusive VIP Host team to exceptional levels of service excellence. This position requires an individual who possesses exceptional leadership skills, adept communication abilities, and an unwavering dedication to meeting the standards of VIP.

Area of Responsibilities:

Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor the VIP host team in their day-to-day operations, setting a standard of excellence through your own actions.

Provide strong leadership by offering guidance, support, and expertise to empower team members to excel in their roles. Cultivate a growth-oriented environment within the team by providing coaching, training, and mentorship.

Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to company procedures and policies, upholding the highest levels of service quality and VIP customer care. Collaborate with higher management to implement strategic initiatives, aligning with both divisional and company-wide goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, vigilantly monitoring team performance and producing insightful metric-based reports. Define clear team objectives, delegate tasks effectively, and establish well-defined deadlines.

Performance Management: Offer continuous feedback to team members and contribute to formal performance evaluations, playing a role in talent recognition and growth. Initiate corrective actions promptly in response to performance falling below defined thresholds, while also actively participating in strategic business initiatives.

Identify training needs and deliver customized coaching to enhance team members' skills and expertise. Motivate team members through recognition of achievements and prompt resolution of conflicts or concerns.

Communication and Collaboration: Encourage and act upon team feedback, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.

Acknowledge exceptional performance and celebrate milestones to boost team morale and motivation. Cultivate a motivating team atmosphere characterized by open communication and mutual respect.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership within a high-end customer relations or service-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to confidently interact with VIP clientele and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the gaming world.
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning team goals with overarching corporate strategies.
