Purpose of position:
To manage SkyParks Business Centre as a commercial property ensuring it meets the needs and expectations of all tenants and concessionaires as well as the Group's expectations of the property's commercial return;
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the property;
- Organise, supervise and take responsibility for all repairs and maintenance works carried out on or in the property;
- Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with tenants and concessionaires;
- Negotiate, renew and/or manage all lease/rent agreements;
- Promote and show vacant space to prospective tenants or concessionaires;
- Contribute to commercial discussions and decisions related to future use of available space;
- Monitor and enforce contractual obligations of concessionaires/tenants;
- Manage the SkyParks Business Centre team and determine KPIs and performance targets;
- Assist in trade receivables and be responsible for any CAPEX and OPEX expenditures for SkyParks Business Centre, including the preparation of budgets and related variances;
- Monitor, inspect and/or supervise cleanliness standards at SkyParks Business Centre;
- Enforce and communicate rules and policies which are necessary for a safe, clean and high-standard property;
- Report to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial and non-financial matters on a periodic basis and keep up-to-date + accurate reports using formats suitable for senior management consumption;
- Always ensure the team is prepared and ready to respond to emergency situations;
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in a directly relevant role which includes knowledge of building maintenance;
- A tertiary level of education is preferred but not essential;
- An understanding of financial and accounting principles and reporting;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good working knowledge of contracts and agreements.
