Junior Project Manager

Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a Junior Project Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert. The work will be carried out in the company’s premises, on site at customer premises and remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team remotely.
Your tasks:
- Support the project officer and team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks;
- Maintain stakeholder engagement and communication;
- Coordinate project events like workshops, trainings, and project board meetings;
- Assist coordination, recording and ensuring of quality compliance, and periodic evaluation of project risks;
- Ensure the project helps to support the organization’s wider goals, and complies to all the project governance criteria;
- Support adherence to budgets and delivery times;
- Update the project management artefacts.
Requirements
- University degree, combined with professional experience of more than 3 years;
- Experience in project coordination and training procedures, preferably involving a recognized methodology;
- Experience in project management of digital/ICT-related projects;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Project;
- Familiarity with Atlassian suite or similar software;
- Excellent command of the English language.
